Since 1987, Overseas Council Australia has been helping to support theological students and train up emerging church leaders in 25 countries in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Working closely with around 200 Bible Colleges, and impacting about 30,000 Christian Students, St Hilary’s Network is proud to contribute to the work of OCA by partnering with them as one of our Mission Partners.

Earlier this year, Nancy Njagi came and preached at some of our services, and we are privileged to be supporting her education and work as she spreads the Gospel to the people of Kenya.

Next month, on the 17th of June, Steve and Kate Kerr (from the 9am Kew congregation) are hosting a “Digging Deeper Into Mission” evening, and all are welcome to come along and find out more about what OCA does and the other people that they support.

Rather that starting Bible Colleges, owning Bible Colleges, or even sitting on their Boards, OCA believes in coming alongside and empowering Christians in their own communities, to bolster their vision and help the local churches flourish.

This evening in June will be a great opportunity for you to ask any question about how OCA operates, and they are always happy to answer questions and provide information!

You can find more information about OCA on their website:
