 ur custom to mark Pentecost as a Church community.  On Pentecost Day we w
 ill have two combined parish services at Kew at 10am and 6pm\, with 10am b
 eing a bilingual service.  We will also retain a 9am morning service at M
 ont Albert North. There will not be an 11am Mandarin service on Pentecost 
 Day.\nTraditionally Pentecost marks the last day of the Easter season.  A
 t Pentecost Jewish believers recall the day that the Law was given to Mose
 s on Mt Sinai.  In Acts 2 the believers were gathering in Jerusalem for t
 he Pentecost festival.  The Holy Spirit was poured out en masse on that d
 ay as had been prophesied by Joel and promised by Jesus.  It's therefore 
 a great day to specifically celebrate the Holy Spirit's work in our Church
  today and ask God to fill us afresh with His Spirit for continued ministr
 y\, gifts and revelation.
