The St Hilary's Parish Council have begun considering our Strategic Vision. Our current three-year Strategic Vision wraps up this November. The last process was led by Lead Minister, Adam, who at that time was very new to St Hilary's.  He was able to provide a fresh pair of eyes as well as use the opportunity to build relationships and better understand what makes this community tick.

This year, the process will be led by a working group headed up by Jon Ma. Throughout August, there will be opportunities for community consultation at each of our campuses. These gatherings will play a key role in shaping the process and helping us listen well—gathering wisdom, insights, and perspectives from across our church family as we look ahead to the next chapter (2026–2028).  We will have one consultation at each campus at the following times:

Each will be held at the respective campus, shortly after the conclusion of the Sunday service.

There will be a light lunch served at the Kew and Mont Albert consultations and dinner served at the North Balwyn consultation.  We are also in the process of setting up some additional mechanisms for feedback. But for the time being, please utilise the comments section below if you would like to share any insights or ask any questions.

There is no need to register, just come along!
