Online contributions (Donations) to the ministry of St Hilary’s Anglican Church are considered to be non-refundable.
On this website St Hilary’s may collect fees associated with event registrations and/or supplies associated with those events. Occasionally someone may require a refund. All refund requests will be directed to our accounting department for processing.
Please note, if a refund request is made within 4 weeks of the commencement of an event, the refund will be considered and where applicable, processed at the completion of the event, and only after all associated payments by St Hilary’s have been finalised. Where applicable, processing fees may be deducted from any refunds processed. This is to ensure that St Hilary’s can meet all its obligations financially. If you have any queries regarding this – or require a refund you may contact our accounting department by contacting the church office.
Where applicable, St Hilary’s will endeavour to deliver goods and services in a timely manner. Delivery instructions and timeframes will differ according to each applicable purchase. For further information, please refer to your purchase receipt.
