Madison began her journey with St Hils in February 2017, taking up casual design work. In 2018, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Swinburne University and she joined the staff team in August 2018. Throughout the years she has worked in multiple roles—Administration, Reception, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Graphic Design. Madison was married to James in 2020 (COVID wedding!) and in November 2022, they welcomed their first child, Oliver. The family enjoys bonding over footy, pizza, and leisurely walks on weekends.
